History

The Inter-Denominational Church of God (ICOG) is an independent fellowship chartered and incorporated in the state of Maryland. ICOG was organized March 6, 1974, under the leadership of Pastor Phillip W. Davis Sr. The name "Inter-Denominational," a revelation to Pastor Davis, is a demonstration to welcome ALL people regardless of their background or culture. The Vision is a church body that will focus on feeding all people the true and living Word of God.

Since 1974, under the leadership of Pastor Davis, ICOG has grown in a variety of ways. We have several ministries to serve children, youth, adults, singles and couples. So whether you are a spiritual seeker who is just starting to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian who wants to get closer to God, you can find a home here at ICOG.
